VTS: THE STEALTH MISSION
Core Mechanics Phases
| 1. Setup | IN (Hollow). Tucks tailbone; flattens back to kill the S-Curve. |
| 2. Backswing | IN (Sustained). Narrowed Axis reduces resistance for faster coil. |
| 3. Impact Zone | OUT (Brace). Creates a solid rod to deliver max force. |
| 4. Follow-Thru | OUT (Sustained). Acts as a safety brake for your spine. |
Step-by-Step Drills
Hollow → Brace → Release
I. Hollowing Drill
- Stand in golf address stance.
- Pull your navel inward to activate deep core muscles.
- Maintain a neutral spine; avoid arching or collapsing.
- Hold 3–5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.
II. Backswing Coil Drill
- From Hollowed address, rotate torso away from the target.
- Keep spine angle consistent; maintain core tension.
- Pause at top of backswing for 2–3 seconds.
- Repeat 5 slow-motion swings.
III. Bracing Transition Drill
- Begin controlled bracing from the top of backswing.
- Tighten abdominal wall outward to stabilize.
- Slowly bring the club down, maintaining spine angle.

IV. Impact Drill
- Swing through with full bracing at impact.
- Release rotational energy through arms and legs.
- Maintain core engagement and control. Repeat 5–10 swings.
