About Me
Neuromotor Sync
Neuromotor Sync is a biomechanical training system that rebuilds the body’s natural sequencing. It removes compensations, restores authentic power, and makes the golf swing feel automatic instead of managed. The method focuses on the firing order between the core, spine, and arms, a sequence that determines power, control, and consistency in every swing.
When the neuromotor system fires in the correct order, movement becomes effortless. When it fires in the wrong order, athletes work against their own body. Neuromotor Sync restores the natural pattern and allows performance to emerge without strain.
About the Founder
Neuromotor Sync was created by Neil Alvarez, a biomechanics trainer and physiotherapist with experience across golf, football, basketball, handball, athletics, tennis, and other high performance sports. He is also the author of The Golf Swing Ignition: A Fundamental Core Doctrine , a book that outlines the principles behind restoring natural sequencing and effortless movement.
Across every sport he observed the same issue. Athletes were strong, skilled, and motivated, yet their sequencing was not supporting their performance. The limitation was not technique. The limitation was neuromotor control.
This insight led to the development of Neuromotor Sync, a system built to correct the sequence first and allow technique to fall into place naturally. The method is the result of years of clinical work, biomechanical testing, and real world coaching with athletes seeking more power, more control, and less strain.
Neuromotor Sync is not a technique method. It is a movement system that enhances every technique.
Why Neuromotor Sync Works
- Corrects firing order of the core, spine, and arms
- Removes compensations
- Restores natural sequencing
- Makes power effortless
- Makes consistency repeatable
- Makes movement automatic
Athletes do not just perform better. They move better.
Founder Statement
Neil Alvarez teaches that athletes do not need more technical cues. They need a body that moves the right way. Neuromotor Sync provides that foundation.
