NEUROMOTOR SYNC

Neuromotor Sync is a biomechanical training system that restructures how the body sequences movement. It removes compensations, restores natural power, and makes the golf swing feel automatic instead of forced. The system focuses on the firing order between the core, spine, and arms, a sequence that determines power, control, and consistency in every swing.

When the neuromotor system fires in the correct order, the swing becomes effortless. When it fires in the wrong order, athletes work against their own body. Neuromotor Sync restores the natural pattern and allows movement to function as intended.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Neuromotor Sync was created by Neil Alvarez, a biomechanics trainer and physiotherapist with extensive experience working with athletes in golf, football, basketball, handball, athletics, tennis, and other high performance sports.

Across every sport he observed the same pattern. Athletes were strong, motivated, and technically skilled, yet their movement sequence was not supporting their performance. The limitation was not technique. The limitation was neuromotor control.

This insight led to the development of Neuromotor Sync, a system designed to correct the sequence first and allow technique to fall into place naturally. The method is built on years of clinical work, biomechanical testing, and real world coaching with athletes seeking more power, more control, and less strain.

Neuromotor Sync is not a technique method. It is a movement system that enhances every technique.

WHY NEUROMOTOR SYNC WORKS
  • It corrects the firing order of the core, spine, and arms
  • It removes tension and compensations
  • It restores natural sequencing
  • It makes power feel effortless
  • It makes consistency repeatable
  • It makes movement feel automatic

Athletes do not just perform better. They move better.

FOUNDER STATEMENT

Neil Alvarez teaches that athletes do not need more technical cues. They need a body that moves the right way. Neuromotor Sync provides that foundation.
