Hi, my name is Neil Alvarez. I lived and got lost in the other worlds but I found my footing in a hidden paradise in Europe.

The abdominal core is like the command center for movement—it’s where stability, control, and coordination all begin. When it comes to motor learning, especially procedural or automatic movement patterns, the core plays a foundational role.

Translating two decades of biomechanics experience isn’t easy. So I built something that could do the talking.

If ‘intuitive’ means simple and automatic, then that’s what this device is. No screens. No beeps. It just an impulse that reminds your body how to move better with stability.

And yes, it came from a garage. Plenty of lead burns, blown circuits, and that smell of solder that somehow sticks—no matter how much you scrub.
